Welcome to the Prop Wash Gang Reunion Site.
This year's reunion will be in Omaha, Nebraska. The Doggers will be holding their reunion at the same time. PWGers will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Bellevue, while the Doggers will be at the Candlewood Suites. The hotels are side-by-side. I suppose those who are members of both groups can book either hotel. The room rates are the same, $83/night + 17% taxes. Dates are (check-in) Thursday, April 26th through (check-out) Sunday, April 29th. There are 20 rooms blocked off at the HI Express; 40 rooms at the CWS. Closing date for the reservations is March 10, 2012--after that date, any rooms not booked will be released back to the public. Our POC for the reunion is CMSgt (RET) Jim Sickich. He is looking into Bellevue Berry Farm for the banquet. It has a website if you'd like to Google it. Also, he is working with CMSgt Jeff Johnson (who has also contacted me) to set up tours on base. We will eventually have to send him a list of folks that will attend these tours so that he can work it with base Security Police.
