Our next Prop Wash Gang reunion will be in Omaha, Nebraska, Wednesday to Sunday, 20-24 August 2014 in conjunction with the 97th Intelligence Squadron's Anniversary Celebration. Questions or comments can be sent to Jimmy Mayer or Bill White.
Reunion Details Follow
Reunion Headquarters -- Our PWG Reunion Headquarters will be at the Ramada Plaza Convention Center & Coco Key Water Resort.
Rooms and Rates
Currently 20 rooms are blocked off: 5 Standard Single King Bed; 12 Standard Double Queen Beds; 3 Two Room Suites w/Single Queen. All these rooms are $79 plus taxes and apply to both single and double rates. The rate is a flat rate for 2 guests, (2 men, 2 ladies, a couple, etc). NO breakfast included. If you want breakfast included then the room rate is $89 plus taxes. You will be able to upgrade to this $89 rate when you check in. Rates will be extended to early arrivals and also late departures up until 25 August 2014, depending on room availability. Anyone who would not want to pay $89 w/free breakfast, there is a Perkins just across Grover St or you can eat in the Ramada Plaza restaurant and "pay as you go". Coco Key Water Resort Day Pass is extended to the PWG for $15 if interested.
Reservations
Reservations: Make your room reservations as soon as possible. The Ramada Plaza is also a water resort and rooms go fast in the summer time. Call 402-393-3950 and press "0" (ZERO) at the prompt for reservations. This will ensure you are speaking directly to the hotel Front Desk. DO NOT PRESS 1 (ONE) FOR RESERVATIONS. This is Central Reservations which handles a number of hotels in the United States. Request Prop Wash Gang 2014 Reunion rates.
Per contract, reservation cut off date is 21 July 2014.

Hospitality Room
Hospitality and Banquet Rooms: No charge for either room. Any monies over $40 per person in your banquet check to Ron Hentz will be assumed to be a Hospitality Suite donation. Anyone wanting to donate to the hospitality suite is more than welcome to. We can bring our own alcohol in. We will have to be very discrete on hard liquor in the hospitality room. The hotel will make fridges available in the hospitality room.
Banquet
Banquet will be buffet style. Price is $40 per person. Ron Hentz will be collecting monies. Please make checks out to Ron Hentz, put "PWG Banquet" in the for blank, and mail to:

Tentative Schedule:
[1] Showtime to the 97th on August 22d will be 9:00am if folks want to mingle with some of our airmen and get a brief tour of our heritage lounge area.
