Welcome to the Prop Wash Gang Reunion Site.
The 2019 Prop Wash Gang Reunion will be held in San Antonio, Texas, from Wednesday, 2 October 2019, to Monday, 7 October 2019. Our reunion will be held in conjunction with Freedom Through Vigilance Association (FTVA) annual reunion scheduled this year from Thursday, 3 October 2019, to Saturday, 5 October 2019.
Rooms & Rates: We have 40 rooms (20 Double/Double and 20 King Suites) blocked off at $109, plus tax (currently 16.75%). Room rate prior to and following reunion dates may be offered to attendees based upon availability.
Reunion Venue: Holiday Inn Express, 1309 E. Commerce St., San Antonio, TX 78205.

Reservations: Make your room reservations before cut-off date (Friday, 20 September 2019) by calling (210) 220-1010 and mention Prop Wash Gang and reservation dates. Guarantee first night room and tax deposit by major credit card.
Cancellation Policy: Hotel reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be charged for one night's room and tax.
Banquet: Our Banquet will be held Friday, 4 October 2019 at Casa Rio on the Riverwalk (Texas Room), 430 E. Commerce St. (about a mile from our host hotel). Cash bar opens at 7:00 p.m., buffet dinner begins at 7:30 p.m. Price: $28 per person (includes 20% gratuity).
Picnic: Our Picinc (BBQ) will be held Sunday, 6 October 2019, at 11:30 a.m., at Brackenridge Park, Koehler Pavillion, 3700 North St. Mary's St. Price: $16 per person.
